Adult LeagueS - Outdoor

Summer ultimate is here, and RHUC will be hosting two outdoor 7v7 ultimate leagues!
  • Days of the Week: Tuesday or Thursday (games once a week)
  • Game Times: 7:00-8:30pm
  • Location: Fletcher's Fields
  • Start Dates: Tuesday, May 13 & Thursday, May 15 (tentative)
  • End Dates: Tuesday, August 5 & Thursday, August 7 (tentative)
Both outdoor leagues are 13 games long (gender ratio 4:3 or 3:4, see rules for Ratio Rule B). Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome to register with a team or as an individual.
  • Team Registration: $1710.10 (includes HST)
  • Individual Registration: $133.10 (includes HST)

Payment

At this time, acceptable payment methods are:
  • Cash
  • Cheque (made payable to 'Richmond Hill Ultimate Club')
  • E-transfer (send payment to [email protected])

To make your payment, visit our head office (565 Edward Ave, Unit 13, Richmond Hill) any weekday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to drop off your cash or cheque. If these times do not work for you, feel free to email us to arrange a meeting time. For team registration, please have the captain or a team rep collect the required amount and pay the full fee. ​
Summer registration will open on Thursday, April 3rd at 7:30pm. Registration will be completed through the Zuluru system (found here). Please make an account and complete the waiver ahead of time to ensure that you are ready to register as quickly as possible.

To join, please go to RHUC's Zuluru page and create an account. Once registration opens, you will be able to register through that website. RHUC is open to everyone looking to play ultimate:
  1. Captains registering a team
    1. a) Each member of the team must create an account and be added to the roster by the captain(s)
  2. Individual sign ups
​​Registration operates on a first-come first-serve basis, so register before it fills up to secure your spot! Leagues require an even number of teams to run, and leagues that end with an uneven number of teams may result in the last team to register being refunded in full.

Please note that registration is not complete until payment has been received and accepted, and completing the registration form alone does NOT confirm your spot. Once you have registered, you have 24 hours to provide payment. If at that point you have not provided payment, your spot will be offered to the next player on the list.
