RHUC 2K23 - Tournament

This year, RHUC will be hosting a mixed tournament (gender ratio 4:3 or 3:4, see outdoor rules for Ratio Rule B). Registration will only be open to teams (no individual registration), but teams of all ages and skill levels are welcome. Each team will play at least 5 games throughout the weekend. 
Tournament registration is now open! Registration will be completed through the new Zuluru system (found here). Please make an account and complete the waiver to ensure that you are ready to register.

​Registration

​Registration operates on a first-come first-serve basis, so register before it fills up to secure your spot! Please note that registration is not complete until payment has been received and accepted, and completing the registration page alone does NOT confirm your spot. Once you have registered, you have 24 hours to provide payment. If at that point you have not provided payment, your spot will be offered to the next team on the list.

Payment

At this time, acceptable payment methods are:
  • Cash
  • Cheque (made payable to 'Richmond Hill Ultimate Club')
  • E-transfer (send payment to [email protected])

To make your payment, visit our head office (565 Edward Ave, Unit 13, Richmond Hill) any weekday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to drop off your cash or cheque. If these times do not work for you, feel free to email us to arrange a meeting time. For team registration, please have the captain or a team rep collect the required amount and pay the full fee. ​
